A new exciting opportunity is at hand after DTU’s Senior Vice President and Dean of Graduate Studies Martin P. Bendsøe and the Associate Vice President of KAIST (Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) Sung-Hyon Myaeng signed a cooperative agreement allowing master students in Electrical Engineering from the two universities to obtain a dual degree in Electrical Engineering. This took place at a formal visit at KAIST in South Korea on 22 October this year.
The new agreement gives the Electrical Engineering master students a unique opportunity to get two degrees from leading technical universities in the world by studying at KAIST for one year and at DTU for one year.
"The new agreement complements our existing agreement with KAIST, covering all study lines with a Dual Degree option and I look forward to seeing many of our students welcoming this opportunity in the near future."

During the visit at KAIST Ole Ravn and Head of Department Kristian Stubkjær visited several of KAIST’s facilities related to Electrical Engineering.
